My wife and I work from home she likes to do crafts and computer stuff. I putter around with this and that.
I have alot of experience with Pc repair, I specialize in a couple of different operating systems. I have spent alot of time and money on phone tech support and realize the repair bill to just to connect with a "Phone Support Tech" is just outrageous!
I got fed up with the amount of money they were trying to charge me even with simple help, so I invested some time into gaining the knowledge I needed to repair my own PC.
I then started a small advertising campaign in the small town I live in. I offer phone support and live support for just a fraction of what the "Big Tech's Charge".
At this point, I am getting good results with what I have to offer. I am now offering the same support online.
